It’s here to give me a place to expound at more length or on contentious topics which forum owners prefer me not to do at their sites. It will also contain the odd review and stuff like that.

Just curious. Why do you love rules so much? If everyone followed every rule, life would be much slower and quite dull in many respects. On geoexpat the discussions are like this:

2: PLDM: Do you have the proper visa for that?
3-5: I know x# of people who did that and it was fine. Nobody cares.
